St. Martin’s Engineering College observed June 21st as International Yoga Day. The staff and students performed yoga exercises under the guidance of yoga guru Sri Ramesh, Miss Sirisha a student accompanied the guru in doing the yoga asanaas. Yoga guru Ramesh emphasized the importance of yoga for the overall well being of a person. It has several health benefits and keeps a person fit and healthy.
Our chairman Sri.M.Laxman Reddy who is a veteran International athlete also stressed the importance of sound mind in a sound body. Principal Dr.P.Santosh Kumar Patra said that all the staff should practice yoga as a daily healthy regimen.
